Dear participants of the Race Walking Festival, Alytus residents, and city guests
This year, Alytus will once again become the capital of race walking! I extend my heartfelt congratulations to everyone gathering for the 51st Race Walking Festival – an event that, over more than half a century, has become not only a significant sporting tradition but also a hallmark of our city.
Alytus takes great pride in this festival, which brings together experienced champions, emerging talents, and all those who simply love sports.
I wish all participants strength, endurance, and a great spirit! May this festival be another unforgettable celebration, proving once again that Alytus is a city that loves sports!
